Mibau Stema Group headquartered in the greater area of Hamburg is looking for a

Senior finance manager (m/f/d) full-time 

Your role & tasks

• Responsibility for the review, analysis and management reporting of the financial performance of Mibau Stema Group, reporting directly to the CFO of Mibau Stema Group
• Cross-country / company collaboration: You collaborate closely with the respective local Managing Directors and Controllers within the Mibau Stema Group
• Financial reporting: You coordinate financial reporting processes for the Mibau Stema Group and ensure the reporting to our shareholders is delivered in accordance with the reporting guidelines and submitted within deadlines.
• Consolidation: You are responsible for the consolidation of Mibau Stema Group and resolve issues with counterparties both withing Mibau Stema Group and HeidelbergMaterials.
• Coordination and support: You support the Group CFO in the Forecasting, Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) and coordinate CapEx Budgeting and Forecasting in collaboration with the shareholders.
• Stakeholder management: You act as point-of-contact for group, shareholders and auditors as well as other external parties.
• Project Management: You manage internal FP&A projects and implement relevant new tools and processes within the Mibau Stema Group in close cooperation with our majority shareholder.
• Analysis: You support the CFO and C-suite with specific analyses and reports.
  

What you bring

• Finance degree:. You have successfully completed your Bachelor- / Master’s degree in finance/controlling or in a comparable field.
• 
  Senior finance professional: You bring > 8 years of professional experience, preferably in a general finance /controlling position of a corporate or an audit company.
• 
  Strong analytical skills: You excel at analysis and enjoy problem-solving.
• 
  Strong prioritisation and organisational skills: You are skilled at keeping several balls in the air and driving finance and reporting processes to meet required deadlines.
• 
  Soft skills: You are self-motivated and collaborative, experienced working across different business cultures.
• 
  Languages | Business travel: Excellent command of German and English spoken and in writing, knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage. You are comfortable with national and international business travel.
• 
  Software Pro. You are a professional user of accounting and controlling software, preferably MS Dynamics Business Central and an experienced MS Office package user.
