In our Norwegian quarries, including Jelsa, the largest in Europe, we extract around 17 million tons of high-quality crushed rock products every year. Our clients use this material in all types of infrastructure projects. Our own fleet of modern self-discharging vessels and over 40 port terminals along the coasts of the North and Baltic Sea ensure the rapid distribution of construction materials and efficient delivery to all sites.

The holding company of the Mibau Stema Group, headquartered in Cadenberge between Hamburg and Cuxhaven, is looking to fill the following position at the earliest opportunity

Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

Your role & responsibilities:

• Treasury Management: Manage cash pool balances, FX transactions, and third-party financing; oversee guarantees and quarterly reporting. 
• Financial Reporting: Support monthly IFRS reporting, tax reporting for quarterly closings, and ad-hoc financial analysis. 
• Risk & Insurance Management: Coordinate group-wide insurance policies and claims; ensure accurate reporting and premium adjustments. 
• Business Intelligence: Use and develop BI tools to uncover actionable insights, turning data into impactful actions. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals passionate about systems and analytics. 
  

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a passion for finance, a curious mindset, and a constant drive for learning are also welcome to apply. 
•  Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional Scandinavian language skills are an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: High motivation, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
